There will never be “the perfect time” to go for it or to start it. There is only the time that the Lord has set before you. Ephesians 5:15-16 “Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.”Every second, every minute, and every hour you have is an opportunity to share love, hope, and peace with others. Even if that second, minute, or hour consist of hard moments and suffering it is still an opportunity to be who you are created to be. How you respond to those hard moments reveals your character. And if you do not know what you are called to be then use the opportunity to read the word, follow the ways of the Lord and the Lord will lead you into your purpose. The word did not say make the most of every opportunity when the time is right or when you got all the answers. Scripture didn’t say make the most of every opportunity just because other people are always going to want it, or because people are going to recognize you or that people will give you the same energy back. People may not love you the way you love them or show for you the way that you do for them but even in those times you use the opportunity to pour the Love of God over people. The scripture said to make the most of every opportunity because the days are evil. Not because you have it all together or because you do such a great job. The days for some people are full of hate, negativity, and destruction. So go make a difference. Go be the change. Stop waiting for the stars to align, for everything to be perfect, for you to get yourself together and for you to fix all your mistakes before you do what you are supposed to do. If you are always waiting to know more before you do more, then you will always do less than you are created for. You might not know why you are serving in the capacity you are in now but regardless of how hard or difficult it is just do it well. If you going to love, then love well. If you going to serve, then serve well. In all that you do be sure to do it all for the Glory of God .(1 Corinthians 10:31)
