God’s Love > Man’s Love

Man’s love is conditional. It depends on the situation, the day, and even the person. It depends on the current emotion or state of the mind of the person giving it. It changes from day to day, season to season, and is inconsistent throughout the year. At any moment it can abandon you, it can die out, and it cause confusion. It can be taken over by anger, hate, and lust. It can become selfish and self-seeking.  Man’s love is prone to deceiving people into believing that their heart is safe to leave unguarded without any harm coming to it. Man’s love can result in division, fear, and doubt.  Man’s Love can sustain you from time to time you, but it cannot fulfill you. Man’s love will eventually fade away and could possibly leave you unfulfilled, hopeless, and broken.

God’s Love is Unconditional. God’s love will always pour out and will stay with you for all eternity. It never ends, never changes, and never leaves your side. It cannot be overtaken by evil, anger, or jealousy. God’s love is not selfish, it is not boastful, and it is not self-seeking. His love seeks out all creation. In God’s love the darkest places become the brightest places, the weakest become the strongest, the broken become whole, and the lost find their way. In his love sorrow turns to joy, pain turns to strength, and fear becomes faith. God’s Love breaks chains, creates unity, and gives hope. God’s love defends and protects your heart from hate, jealousy, and fear. God’s Love will never fade away and it will never stop pursing you. God’s Love will fulfill you, build you, and make you whole everyday of your life. God’s Love is real.
